These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 25superph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 25superph website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

When registering for a 25superph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your information promptly if any details change. 25superph reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information and to suspend accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the 25superph Platform:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 25superph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 25superph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 25superph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 25superph account, whether or not you authorized such activity. 25superph reserves the right to treat all transactions made through your account as having been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with Section 3.1.
25superph may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or when required by applicable law or regulation. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access until verification is completed.
25superph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the Company's discretion.
All deposits to your 25superph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 25superph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 25superph.
25superph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 25superph will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
25superph accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by users of the Platform. All gambling activity on the Platform is undertaken at the user's own risk. The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generators or live dealer activity, and 25superph does not guarantee any particular outcome or return.
